About the Founder: Royce Herring, III

KJN Innovation, Your Systems Integration Solution Partner

Royce was born and raised in Washington State and after graduating from High School he enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard which he served honorably for 10 years. After departing from military service, Royce undertook the next great adventure of marriage to his wife Karlie, and the birth of their two sons, Jack & Nolan.  

After graduating from college, Royce began an amazing career in Industrial Controls & Automation with a company located in Washington State. During this 16-year period, Royce was introduced to numerous industries, developed long lasting relationships, and a determination to keep learning. 

But there was always a desire to move into business ownership and allowing the adventure to continue. In 2022 this desire became reality, as KJN Innovation was founded and home based in Rowlett, TX. Since then, Royce has continued his determination to learn, develop relationships with clients and contractors, and provide services to all areas of our industry.
